Training dates are scheduled individually, at a location agreed with you. Tell us which times suit you and we will propose dates and a venue.
How the training runs
- Day 1
- Client management (intake, disclosures and forms, scheduling), appointment preparation, and an introduction to the Stretchtogo routine.
- Day 2
- The Stretchtogo routine, hands on: meditation and starting position, relaxation assessment, anterior, extremities, posterior, breath work and body meditation.
- Day 3
- Functional stretching and flexibility, the required-reading quiz, and how to work as a Stretchtogo practitioner.
- Evaluation
- Your live evaluation for a certified Stretchtogo professional: in person on day 3, or later by live video call if you need more practice.
What happens next
We review your availability and reply within two business days with two or three proposed dates and a location. No payment is taken until the dates are agreed.
