She created the Stretchtogo routine, combining several disciplines into a sequence of yoga assists that works every major muscle group while keeping the spine in an optimal position.
Heather found it difficult to earn a living working solely as a yoga instructor — so she built Stretchtogo. Now practitioners can add real income while offering clients a service that's convenient, needed, and safe.
How the method began
Heather Nichole began stretching her clients one on one after class in 2014. Over the years, that practice became the Stretchtogo method.
What makes it different
The program combines assisted restorative yoga postures with recovery techniques including breath work, heat and body meditation. It is distinct from any other stretch certification.
How certification works
Certification is completed live. After the coursework and final exam, you perform the full Stretchtogo routine for the founder, Heather Nichole, by live video call or in person. Recorded videos are not accepted.
